Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission file is in PDF document file format.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • All co-authors have contributed to the writing of the paper and all co-authors have approved the submission of this paper to the conference proceedings.
  • I grant to the WDSA/CCWI Joint Conference Proceedings a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual and royalty-free license to use and reproduce the Work(s) in any medium or format for the purposes of archiving or preserving the Work(s) in WDSA/CCWI Joint Conference Proceedings and, subject to any agreed publication delay or embargo or restricted access, to make the Work(s) available for public access via Queen’s University Library’s hosting platform, Open Journal Systems
