The editors of the forthcoming Elgar Encyclopedia of Privacy and Surveillance seek contributors to write one or more entries for the volume which is set to be published in 2027.

This open issue features original research articles on the surveillance dimensions of city fix-it apps, ceasefire monitoring systems in war zones, the policing of pro-Palestinian dissent on university campuses, leaked data from delivery apps in Russia, generational views on privacy, and Big Tech transparency reports. The issue also offers an Arts Forum essay and three book reviews.
